I came to Seattle after attending Pastry School in Portland. I
started out as an intern at Macrina Bakery and worked at other
restaurants around town, like Mistral and Crush.
Dessert is my specialty, I love doing cakes that incorporate fun
flavors, textures and special designs. I also love to cook! Korean food
reminds me of home, and Mexican is another favorite. I can't get enough
I am currently the Pastry Chef at Macrina Bakery, and excited to offer my food through Lish.
Juicy marinated and grilled chicken breast, served with a side of
tangy North African Harissa sauce. Served with olive oil mashed
potatoes and honey cumin roasted carrots.
