I started cooking for a small Italian restaurant in Spokane
while in college, then spent a few years being the worst cook in fine
dining kitchens around Spokane until one day it just clicked. I fell
deeply in love with food. My craving to gain more knowledge and create
new dishes became insatiable and I quickly moved up in the culinary
I've been a Sous Chef and Chef at a few different fine dining
establishments around the Pacific Northwest until my wife and I decided
it was time to start our own catering company called Crux Catering.
Crux specializes in business Catering as well as meal delivery. Lish is
giving me one more avenue to share my creations with others!
